Around four hours each way from Hurghada, a little less from Safaga port. Plan on 12 to 14 hours door to door.

Is a Nile cruise a better idea?
If you have four or five days, yes: a short cruise from Luxor sees far more. This tour is for beach holidays with one day to spare.
