What is the route?

Three nights in Cairo for Giza, the Grand Egyptian Museum, Saqqara and Dahshur; a flight to Luxor for two nights on both banks; then the road to Aswan via Edfu and Kom Ombo, with an optional day at Abu Simbel.

Is it more expensive than a cruise?
